## **ST HELENS YOUTH AND VILLAGE CENTRE** 

## **– Report and Accounts for 1/1/24 31/12/24** 

The group was unable to pursue any activity as we are still awaiting transfer of control of the St Helens Youth Club Building. 

Once transfer of the building has taken place then the group will be able to become active in pursuing its stated aims. 

We are aware that the existing owners of the building have had some difficulties but are now in a position where they may be able to transfer the building from their control. 

It is hoped that a transfer of the building may take place in 2026. 

For these reasons there has been no financial activity and no formal accounts have been prepared as there have been no transactions of any sort to be recorded.
