## ST HELENS YOUTH AND VILLAGE CENTRE 

Report for 2022 

The group has still been unable to pursue any activity and still awaits transfer of the St Helens Youth Club Building. Only when transfer of the building takes place will the group to become active in pursuing its stated aims as the building is keys to those aims. 

For these reasons there has once again been no financial activity and no formal accounts have been prepared as a result.
