ST HELENS YOUTH AND VILLAGE CENTRE 

## **Report and Accounts for 2020** 

The group was unable to pursue any activity while awaiting transfer of control of the St Helens Youth Club Building. Once transfer of the building has taken place then the group will be able to become active in pursuing its stated aims. 

It is currently anticipated that a transfer of the building should take place in 2022. 

For these reasons there has been no financial activity and no formal accounts have been prepared as there have been no transactions of any sort to be recorded.
