|Performance of fundraising<br>activities against objectives<br>set.|Para 1.41|<br>To continue to manage and<br>maintain the charity boxes with<br>ongoing discussions for Tesco<br>Marston Road and Asda to host a<br>box.<br><br>Leaflets with information of the<br>Alternative Giving have been<br>produced that mirrors the poster to<br>distribute at Action Days with a QR<br>code directing people to the website<br>to encourage the public to give<br>directly to the charity and not the<br>person.<br><br>Alternative Giving CIO leaflets were<br>shared at an event with Faith and<br>Community groups.<br><br>Held a quiz night on the18th July at<br>the Goose on Lichfield Street and<br>invited all partners and businesses.<br>This was promoted on social media<br>and raised £261 and awareness.<br><br>Facilitated and got involved with<br>partner agencies for World<br>Homeless Day in October, which<br>promoted the Alternative Giving CIO<br>and partner services.<br><br>Alternative Giving CIO aligned with<br>WMCA winter marketing campaign.<br><br>Reviewed our Grant criteria and<br>application process to reflect points<br>raised from the Trustees through<br>the previous Grant applications.<br><br>Took part in a video with Councillor<br>Steve Evans highlighting Alternative<br>Giving CIO which was shared on<br>the Council Social media platforms.<br><br>Alternative Giving CIO data shared<br>for Rough Sleeper count and took<br>part in a photo with charity partners<br>for Express and Star local<br>newspaper.<br><br>Rewrapped 3 Alternative Giving CIO<br>cash collection boxes which<br>included a QR code for the option to<br>make a direct payment to the<br>website.|
