As<br>a result we have seen continued increased<br>usage of both the community hall and the<br>main rental property ‘Court House’.|

Rental income on<br>Curtis House improved significantly thanks<br>to the hard work of the wardens +35% vs<br>2023. As a result we have managed to<br>maintain financial stability whilst keeping<br>rental prices low to encourage lower<br>income groups to use the facilities (as<br>stated in our aims).|

As<br>a result we have seen continued increased<br>usage of both the community hall and the<br>main rental property ‘Court House’.|

Rental income on<br>Curtis House improved significantly thanks<br>to the hard work of the wardens +35% vs<br>2023. As a result we have managed to<br>maintain financial stability whilst keeping<br>rental prices low to encourage lower<br>income groups to use the facilities (as<br>stated in our aims).|
