The charity is a Charltable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) governed by its Constitution dated 18 November
2019.
Trustees are appointed in accordance with the constitution. The trustees meet as required and afe responsible
for the overall management and control of the charity.
Objectives and actlvltles
The objects of the charity are-

TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY.. 1. PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND OTHER METHODS OF SUPPORT TO
ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL CHILDREN. 2. AWARDING TO SUCH
PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TENABLE AT ANY UNIVERSITY,
COLLEGE OR INSTITUTION OF HIGHER OR FURTHER EDUCATION. 3. PROVIDING THEIR EDUCATION
IINCLUDING THE STUDY OF MUSIC OR OTHER ARTSI, TO UNDERTAKE TRAVEL IN FURTHERANCE OFTHAT
EDUCATION OR TO PREPARE FOR ENTRYTO ANY OCCUPATION, TRADE OR PROFESSION ON LEAVINGANY
EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT.
During the year. the charity carried out research activities in furtherance of th8se objects.
The trustees have had due regard to the Charity Comrnission's guidance on public benefit and consider that the
charity's activities have provided public benefit in furtherance of its charitable purposes.
Financlal rfyview
The charity's fSn8nci81 results for the year are set out in the accompanying accounts.
The trustees consider that the charity holds sufficient funds to meet its current obligations.
The charity's reserves policy is to maintain only such reserves as ale necessary to meet short-term
commitments.
Plans for future periods
The trustees intend to continue the charity's activities in line with its stated objects during the coming year.

The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees, Annual Report and the financial statements in
accordance with applicable law and regulations.
