ANNUAL REPORT : VIVA FOUNDATION UK

On behalf of the Viva Foundation UK, it is my pleasure to provide the annual report of the organisation for the period 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
Activities
The activities of the organisation were limited to a trip from Trustee Meleney Kriel and her husband Leon Kriel to visit and recruit possible Trustees for the organisation, Pastor and Mrs. Tiplady in Sheffield.
Pastors Tiplady of Bushfire Ministries donated to the Viva Foundation South Africa in the past via PayPal in South Africa [previous financial period] and did not affect the financial situation of the Viva Foundation UK. This trip was paid for by Meleney and Leon Kriel privately [flights, accommodation and travel expenses] and the car rental was paid for by the Viva Foundation e.V. in Germany.
Finances
The only funding received was the payment of the car rental for the trip by the Viva Foundation e.V. Germany, directly using the Viva Foundation e.V. in Germany’s Master Card. Therefore, the income and expenses did not affect the finances of the Viva Foundation UK.
Expenditures during the travel to the UK by the Trustee Meleney Kriel and her husband, were borne by herself.

Trustees
The process of recruitment of Trustees and additional members continues without change. The Trustees that started the organisation with Mrs Kriel, are no longer involved with the organisation. Mr. Allan Wilkinson’s private financial status of insolvency disqualified him as Trustee and Ms. Janina Silinskaite have withdrawn.
Unfortunately the possibility of recruiting Pastor and Mrs. Tiplady as Trustees, were unsuccessful as they involved Mrs. Kriel during the May 2024 trip, that they are relocating to Scottland and do not have the capacity to take on a Trusteeship.
Other activities
The activities of the Viva Foundation continues in South Africa and Brazil, with effect. The Viva Children’s Choir visited Germany and measures to register the organisation in the Netherlands are also underway.
Although the organisation was unsuccessful in recruiting trustees, I want to request that we be granted a further year in which to establish Viva Foundation UK, obtain partnerships and trustees a make a success of the branch in the UK.
I remain hopeful that the organisation will experience growth soon.
