**Objects:** TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING COUNSELLING IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE WHO HAVE LOST A RELATIVE OR FRIEND THROUGH DEATH AND TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION ON THE IMPACT OF BEREAVEMENT AND RELATED ISSUES.

**Activities:** A confidential Counselling Service in Eastleigh and the surrounding areas including Southampton to all those over the age of 18 who are in need of non -judgmental emotional support. To promote understanding of both physical and mental well-being.
