## **Objectives and activities:** 

This report covers the WCA over the year to 30[th] April  2022.   As a reminder our objectives under our constitution are to: 

TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WINSCOMBE AND SANDFORD AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO AVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS 

## **Finances** 

The charity was set up to replace charity no 280231 of the same name.  No transfer of assets or undertakings have yet been made so this charity (no 1186290) remains as at outset with no assets or liabilities.  Work remains in progress to transfer assets and liabilities to this new charity. 

## **Operation** 

The charity has not undertaken any activities during this accounting period.
