IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARD THE OBJECTS ABOVE IT MAY BE APPLIED IN PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
