The rent on both prorkrties is subslanlially bdow that of a market levd rent. From 2019 33.33% of one ol thè proFerbes was sokl lo the lenanl on a shared ownership basis. Durlng the year grants were Issued to suppjrt rent payments of Christian w0￿er$ lo the value of £15.596, which was a signrficant increase from previous years.
