**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:-3.1 TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNOEAAND CENTRAL APNOEA;3.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC; AND3.3 TO PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO SLEEP AND ITS DISORDERS.

**Activities:** Sleep Apnoea Trust works to improve the lives of sleep apnoea patients, their partners and families, by providing advice and assistance through telephone helplines, newsletters, publications, a website, medical alert cards, and an annual conference. We also campaign for the provision of better services by the NHS, and contribute towards relevant research projects.
