Staplefield Village Hall CIO was registered with the Charity Commission on 8 November 2019 under registration number 1186231. 

The charity was not active during the year. 

The Trustees who acted during the year were: 

Crispin Salimbeni Andrew Wimbush Gillian Childs Keith Butler Geoff Crosta Maria Fielding Judith Hodder Rev Dr Vladimir Nikiforov Margaret Chamberlain (resigned 22 September 2021) 

The charity has not yet appointed bankers. 

It is the intention of the Trustees to move the assets of the Village Hall - charity number 305310 into the Staplefield Village Hall CIO and merge the two charities which will result in one charity and one group of Trustees managing Staplefield Village Hall. 

## Objective of the charity 

To provide and maintain Staplefield Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Staplefield in West Sussex and its immediate vicinity - the area of benefit - without distinction of political, religious, or other opinion, including use for: meetings, lectures and classes, and other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants of the area of benefit.
