**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY SHALL BE TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE LIFE AND WORKS OF LEONARD SALZEDO THROUGH(A) THE FUNDING AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF PERFORMANCES AND RECORDINGS OF HIS WORKS,(B) THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF RESEARCH INTO LEONARD SALZEDOÆS MUSIC,(C) SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE SOCIETY THROUGH ITS COMMITTEE SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME AND ALSO FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES AND(D) SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS THE COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.

**Activities:** The Leonard Salzedo Society promotes the music of Leonard Salzedo through the funding and encouragement of recordings and performances of his work, encouraging research into his work and encouraging better understanding  and appreciation of his work and through that of music in general.
