Two in One Club Oficial Record of Board Meeting Minutes This is our frst A.G.M
Date of the meeting: Wednesday 8[th] April 2020
Meeting called to order @ 10.30pm.
In attendance: Helen Draper (Chair) Linda Davis, Jamie Draper, Stephen Draper (took the Minuets) a quorum was present.
What was discussed:
Sadley because of Covid restrictions we were only able to operate from 6[th] November 2019 to 12[th] March 2020. Roughley due to the Christmas break.
Discussions Centred around delivering to members items that we would normally do in the club setting, items of craft simple items that their family, carers or friends could help them to achieve. We discussed how such items would be paid for? Having an email from Worcestershire County Council stating that members who are receiving P. I. B Personal Independent Budget are elidable to continue payment has this in turn will allow a place to be held open for them when things get back to normal and the club reopens.
Where we run the Two in One Club From
When will Perdiswell Sport Centre reopen, at present the staff are only providing and delivering hot lunch-time meals for the O.A.P’s.
Mental health , If and when we are able to reopen depending on the time factor how will our members state of Mind be? How many members can we take on to start with? Will our volunteer helpers want to come back and will they feel safe if they did so? After all our helpers are in their late sixties. What mental state will our volunteers be in? many of our members parents rely on day carer groups like ours to provide a stimulus for thereof-spring.
