Formby Community FC (FCFC) are a grassroots community football club based in Formby, Merseyside. FCFC provide regular affiliated and recreational football opportunities for players of all ages and abilities, boys/girls, men and women. FCFC have teams actively participating in leagues and competitions across the North West. FCFC are also proud to play an active role in supporting many local community causes & projects. The club achieved FA Charter Standard Community Club status (2020) and is affiliated toLiverpoolCountyFA. |

In addition to the Committee, FCFC also benefits from time, effort and energy of a dedicated volunteer network of Managers, Assistant Managers & Coaches. Without their commitment, FCFC wouldn't be able to offer the broad range of football opportunities it does. |

Para 1.20 | In 2021/2022, FCFC continued to grow steadily – as of March 2022 we had 710 paid-up club members and 28 regular teams. Notable achievements during the last year: - Training facilities: in March 2021 the club installed a storage facility at our Formby training ground improving access to key equipment and giving the club better visibility. The Oliver King Foundation also donated a portable defibrillator and we secured a further 2 from The FA. Club fundraising also paid to install a permanent outdoor unit at a nursing home adjacent to our training ground, improving public access to vital life- saving equipment - Baby Ballers: a Saturday morning introduction to football for children aged 3 – 11 years focusing on fun play, skills, and ball mastery, with the idea of the coaching providing a pipeline for future teams. In its second year, the club now regularly hosts between 50 – 80 boys and girls at each session. - End of season awards event: in June 2022 the club had its first end of season celebration event. Every player across all age groups was presented with a medal, and entertainment was provided including |

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 / 03 / 2022 .
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
