incorporaled organisation I'CIO'I on 6 Novernb￿ 2019.

The objects of the Foundation are such objecls and purposes in any part of world as are exdusively charitable
in accordan￿ with the laws of England and Wa18s su*-ect to dause 3.2.

The Foundation gives grant5 to chartties and other voluntary bodies with a focus on grant maknng activity in support
for children and young people. The foundation of the charity ¢x>inaded with ￿e beginning of the Covid-19
pandemi¢. When the charity founded. Ihe Truslees intended to focus grant makin9 activity in support for
children and young people, and while this remains a priority, ￿th the Trustees, power lo support all charitable
purpose5, this has enabled the focus to indude supporbng Organisat￿n5 affected by the global Covid-19 pandemic
crisis.
The Trustees confirrn that they have referred to thè guidance contained in the Charity Comrn15sion's general
guidance on public benefit when reviwng the Foundation's atrns and objectives, in planning future activities and
setting the grant making policy for the year. The charity wnslitutes a public benefit entty as defined by FRS 102.
Achievements and pertormance
The Ftyjndation made grants to charitable organi5ations totaning Q.594,299 12022- 0.003,4601 during the year
ending 31 December 2023. suppcxting 318 12022.. 3241 charities.
These organisatr'ons have been helping peorde in many ways incjuding th trainiryj and education, food parcels
and feeding programrn8s, mental h8alth sUP￿rt, access lo accommodabon. family support, support for emergency
workÈrs, and providing shelter fly vKlims of (knmestic violen￿.
Plans for the future
The Foundation is commencing work lo lom￿lIse its giwng efforts by designin9 an impact strategy building on it5
values.
Structure, Governance and Management
The charity is a Charitsble Incorporated organi5ats.on govemed by ils consbtution and registered as a d)arity under
th8 Charities Act 2011 on 6th Novwber 2019. Charity Registration nurn￿r 1186189.
The Board keeps the ski11 reqU1￿ments lor Ihe Trustee Body u￿18r review. In the event ihal a Trustee perfflanenly
relires. or additional llew Trustees are required the Board will recruil new Truslees. The Foundation recruits
appropriately Qualified Trustees from bolh wthin and ouiside lh8 Belron Gioup.
The induction process for any newly appointed Trustee comprises an inits.al meeting with the Chair and the Board,
rollowed by a briefing on Investment strategy. the grant making process and powers and ￿SponSIbl1￿1ÈS of the

The Belron Ronnie Lubner Charitable Foundatton is an incoryM)raled thatty registered in Eng18nd & Wales wth th8
Charity Commission. The address of the registe￿ office is given on the conlents page and the nature of Ils
operations is sel out in the report of the Directors. The ffinanci815tatemenls have been prepared in accordance with
Accounting and Reporling by Charities.. Statement ol ReC￿Mended Practice 2nd edition Issued in October 2019
and applicable to charities preparing their accounbng irh accoidance wth the Finanaal Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK IFRS102- effecb.ve 1 January 20151 U)e Finan(4al Reporbng Standard applicable in the United
Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland and the Cornpanies Act 2006.
The preparation of financial statements in compliance with FRS 102 requi￿$ the use of certain uitical accounting

As described in the Trustees. Report. the truslees consider that the charity has adequate ￿sOUrceS available to it to
continue in operational existence lor the foreseeable fulure. Accordingly. tr*y have adopted the going concem
basis in preparing the financial statements.
