**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ('THE OBJECTS') ARE:TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR STUDENTS UP TO 19 YEARS OF AGE RESIDING IN HEREFORDSHIRE OR ATTENDING A SCHOOL/COLLEGE IN HEREFORDSHIRE TO RECEIVE INSTRUMENTAL LESSONS OR VOICE TUITION AND/OR TO PARTICIPATE IN MUSICAL OPPORTUNITIES, EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES.TO PROVIDE MUSICAL OPPORTUNITIES, EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE OF HEREFORDSHIRE.

**Activities:** The Herefordshire Music Fund: provides financial assistance for students up to 19 years of age residing in Herefordshire or attending a school/college in Herefordshire to receive instrumental or voice tuition and/or to participate in musical opportunities, events and activities. To provide musical opportunities, events and activities for the children and young people of Herefordshire.
