First, I would like to say thank you to ail the Trustees for their commitment
over the past year. It's been a very productive year and we have been able to continue
maintaining the financial stability of the Tn￿ts funds. We have also been busy applying for
Grants several projects.
Achievements
The Village Hall Charity Trust has managed to maintain the Hall interior and also
maintained the exteriorof the halls with the Small Hall having been repainted during the
summer. We also fitted the long-awaited Solar Panels to the roof to offset the running
costs of the lights and heating during the winter months.
During the year we have seen good use of the MUGA. and the MUGA floodlight5 are now
up and runnin& so this should help maintain the income during the winter months.
The forward bookings are pouring in. and there are very few nights of the week when the
halls are not being used.
Next Year 2022- 2023
The committee have several projects which we are looking at moving forward with in the next
coming year.
This projert included the followin￿.
Improvements to the toilets
Electric car charging point
Broadband connection
To achieve this. the committee are aware that we will need to continue looking at grants and
other sources to fund these improvements.
The committee's long-terni strategy is to continue to improve the amenities provided, and to
allow more of the village to make use of both halls. the MUGA and the recreation field.
If anyone has any questions, please email darren.
