**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE VISUALLY IMPAIRED OR PARTIALLY SIGHTED IN HAVERING AND THE NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY:1.  ENABLING THEM TO DEVELOP SELF-HELP SKILLS AND CONTRIBUTE FULLY TO SOCIETY;2.  PRESENTING THE INTERESTS AND NEEDS OF PARTIALLY SIGHTED PEOPLE AND MAKING KNOWN THEIR NEEDS AND ASPIRATIONS.

**Activities:** To relieve the needs of people who are visually impaired or partially sighted in Havering and the neighboring area for the public benefit by:1. enabling them to develop self-help skills and contribute fully to society2.  presenting the interests and needs of partially sighted people and making known their needs and aspirations
