**Objects:** 1. FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH A DIAGNOSIS OF AUTISM AND THOSE WITH MODERATE TO SEVERE LEARNING DIFFICULTIES IN PARTICULAR BY:A) CONDUCTING AN OUTREACH PROGRAMME TO SUPPORT SPECIALIST AND MAINSTREAM SCHOOLS;B) WORKING TO FUND AND ESTABLISH A NON-MAINTAINED SPECIALIST SECONDARY SCHOOL.2. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH A DIAGNOSIS OF AUTISM AND THOSE WITH MODERATE TO SEVERE LEARNING DISABILITIES, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS BY:A) PROVIDING TRAINING PROGRAMMES TO SUPPORT SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN SCHOOLS;B) IMPLEMENTING AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS ABOUT LEARNING DISABILITIES AND AUTISM.

**Activities:** The objectives of charity are:(1) To advance the education of children and young people with a diagnosis of autism and those with moderate to severe learning disabilities in particular by:(a) establishing an independent specialist secondary school;(b) providing training programmes for carers;(c) conducting an outreach programme to support specialist and mainstream schools.
