(effective 1 January 20191. The Ch8rity is a Public Benefit Entity a5 d?fined by FRS 102. The Charity has taken advantsge of the provisions in the SORP for charities not to prepare a Ststement Of Cash Flows. The financial statements have departed from thè Charities (Accounts and Report51 Regulation5 2008 onty to the extent required to provide a true and fair wew. This departure has involved follo*ring the Statement of Ftewmmended Prath"ce for charities apptylng FRS 102 rather than the version of the Statement of Recommended Practice which is referred to in the Regulab"ons but which has since been withdrawn.
