I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Ihe above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 31 December 2024.
R8sponsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation

The CIO has operated a Boys. Brigade group in Bloxham Membership was
open to any boy or young man aged from 5 10 18, regardless of their faith or
background etc.
The trustees believe that they have complied with Section 17151 of The
Charities Act 2011 to have due regard lo the public benefit guidance published
by the Charity Commission.
