The CIO was registered on the 4[th] November 2019, as an association CIO to take over the operation of the existing Charity, Teignmouth Baptist Church (No.1135427)
Because of the delay in transferring the pension scheme from the existing charity to the CIO,the Trustees decided that the transfer of assets and operation would not take place until 1[st] January 2022, so there have been no financial transactions from Registration to the date of this report
