**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE TEACHING OF ESL (ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE) AND OTHER LANGUAGES IN THE CONTEXT OF TRADITIONAL VALUES IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY MAKING GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS OFFERING ESL ACROSS THE WORLD.

**Activities:** We make grants to organisations that offer classes of English as a Second Language in the context of traditional values.  So far we have supported a school in Ethiopia, a church in Brazil and an online church group.  The traditional values include community and family.
