11 is the intention to secure Ihe establishment of a new village facility
using funds raised from sale of the old hall.
For the general benefit of the residents of Alpraham. Calveley and the
surrounding community primarily, but not limited to, the establishment of
a village hall.

The intended outcome is a village hall available for use at all reasonable
hours..
Will be used for charitable and general recreational use by any members
of the community, as stated in the 'objects', it will be an amenity for use
by the whole community for a variety of purposes.
The facility will be used by groups and organisations on an occasional or
regular basis for different activities that will benefit the Gommunity. For
example pre-school playgraups, art clubs, bridge clubs, keep fit, village
days or any other activity that brings people together for recreational
purposes. It might also be used o¢casionally by private users, ie for
birthdays or wedding functions.
The main activities of the Charity have been eslablished wtth regard to
public benefit as presented in the Charity Commission's guidance.

The interest is due to be paid in September 2021 (approx £320).

Financial review
Reserves are based on the forecast running cost, until establishing a self
funding hall, over a period of three years.
To cover running costs it is intended to reserve a fund based on the
following estimates..
Year 1 £5000,. Year 2 £3500., Year 3 £2000.
Plus a continuing annual contingency fund equal lo the first year reserve
£5000.
Total reserve this year £15,500 reducing to £5000 by end of year three
Future reserve £5000.

As stated earlier Covid 19 has brought the intended progress of the charity to a standstill in 2020. The
Trustees are looking fotward to resuming the objective - the establishment of a new village hall as soon as it
