## **Terrible Titties and Other Bitties Trustees Meeting 29 May 2024** ## **Stafford Rugby Club** **Present** : Rachael Jordan, Lynne Sharkey, Paul Morris, Natalie Morrissey, Gina Newman **Apologies** : Anthony Hodgetts 1. plan. The trustees can help with next 5 yr plan. The charity accomplished so much more than was originally planned. We need to be adventurous with the next plan. 2. **Update from chair of TToBs – Rachael Jordan** . We would like to celebrate the 10 yr anniversary with a show which Rachel Miller will lead. This will not necessarily be to raise money but just a celebration. **3.** - Rachael reported that we would like to run a Podcast (idea came from SammyJo). Rachael will research this over next 18 months, see what is engaging, build a podcast, needs marketing and broadcasting. TToBs do have a youtube channel which could be used. We would like to bank interviews to ensure we have material to publish and to launch in 5 years time. This may help to engage new members who currently seem to prefer social occasions. We currently have a 25 – 30% engagement rate. Paul to help with a company he is working with. **4. Social Occasions for members.** We are arranging a visit to Love Clay which can accommodate 20 visitors. Afternoon tea at Blackpool Tower in July - A second retreat will be organised to be held Spring/Summer time and will be more outdoor based. Rachael and Sammy-Jo have found a potential venue and will check its suitability and what local holistic therapies are available. We are also looking to arrange a visit to Kirsty Bull’s boutique in Perton. 5. Rachael updated the trustees on **Titties on Tour** . There was a well-received visit to Michelin. Rachael and Rachel took the new stand and goodie bags for the attendees. This was a hybrid presentation lasting 45 minutes. The sta� named our new breast checking jacket Ada (previously known as Bertha). Last week there was a MS Teams meeting with representatives from Drake Hall Prison. The prison would like 4 presentations in one day occurring 4 times a year. All prisoners must be accommodated if any merchandise is taken. Gina reported that cancer does bring anxiety to prisoners. We would like to work with some of the prisoners to design posters/stickers to show women how to check themselves. ## **6. Collaborative Working with other Companies.** We would like to work with companies, especially around October (Breast Cancer Awareness Month) Ideas include, beer mats, milk stop, bag straps. We would like to research the web sites available where you can design merchandise which they publish for orders. Paul to send links and he will also look at beer mats. ## 7. **Other items discussed** . Rachael reported she would like to use the iPad to live stream meet and greets so that members who are unable to attend can take part and view the meeting. Gina will send Rachael some literature regarding checking breasts and use of the Ada training aid. Bras and Scars will be revived and revamped to be used in the future. Dr Liz O’Riodan who has a social media presence was discussed a good source of useful information. **----- Start of picture text -----**
