**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONGST THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS, FACING HOMELESSNESS OR ROUGH SLEEPERS IN WALSALL AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING GOODS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FOOD, CLOTHING, TOILETRIES AND OTHER COMFORTS) AND SIGNPOSTING TO OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES.

**Activities:** The homeless Angel's is a charity  . For vulnerable people.  We provide a food bank . Referrals to hostels and support with furnishings.  Within the walsall area . Advise and councilling. The homeless angels now as a community Hub opened on the 29th October 2024 , offering services  events , advise , and a digital service,
