**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BECAUSE OF DISABILITY (AND THEIR FAMILIES, DEPENDANTS AND CARERS) BY ANY MEANS, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF CARE, TREATMENT, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND ANY OTHER METHOD OF SUPPORT. "DISABILITY" MEANS ANY IMPAIRMENT, WHETHER PHYSICAL OR MENTAL, WHICH HAS A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON SOMEONE'S LIFE.

**Activities:** We provide daytime care services for adults with learning disabilities and other needs including physical disabilities, sensory needs, autism, mental health needs, challenging behaviour and other complex medical conditions. We aim to build independence, improve wellbeing and support the development of a healthy lifestyle through a mixture of centre-based and community led opportunities.
