**Activities:** The Peninsula Education Programme (PEP) is a UK based charity that provides a free literacy programme to adults in the Peninsula of Freetown, Sierra Leone, who did not receive a formal education.  PEP fundraises in order to pay for:    1. Staff facilitating the programme2. Teaching and learning materials 3. Maintenance of the education centre
