We are grateful for the support received from volunteers who identify people for the making of grants and for their fundraising activities, which maintain the financial status of the charity. ## **Achievements & Performance** ## **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year:** Seventeen grants were made during the reporting period, an increase of six on the previous year. Total amount ‘gifted’ - £7557.54 Other Outgoings:- £30.00 flowers purchased for the bereaved family of a CF person. £49.99 flowers purchased as a thank you for gift to the charity. A decision was made by the Trustees to not make any donations during this financial year to the CF Trust or the CF Holiday Fund. There was no annual Ball this year. Online raffles and a bonus ball draw has been successful in maintaining funds during the pandemic. ## **Financial Review** ## **Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves:** Cash in the business bank account as at 05/09/2021 was £10,403.93 There are no operational costs for the charity as all work undertaken is voluntary. The main financial risk to the charity is the loss of funding, however this would only impact of the charity’s ability to provide grants. ## **Additional Information** I can report that a business account has been established with Santander. An appropriate financial spreadsheet has been adopted for the recording of all monies related to the charity’s activities, which can be cross referenced with the banking transactions.
