## **Our Mission** 

Stoma Heroes provides lifestyle and emotional support to anyone who has a stoma or is connected to someone with a stoma. Support is offered through various online platforms, including Twitter, WhatsApp, and Facebook. Additionally, locally organized meetings are held in the Somerset area to foster community and in-person support. 

## **Our Vision** 

As a group of ostomates, our vision is to enrich the lives of people living with a stoma. We aim to reduce and challenge the stigmas associated with having an ostomy by promoting awareness and education. 

## **Our Values** 

We believe that aligning our efforts, much like perfectly moving cogs, generates positive energy and enables progress. Our team is committed to providing help when it is most needed. Through our passion and enthusiastic approach, we strive to build confidence and do what is best for those we support.

## **Achievements and Performance, Including Public Benefit** 

This year has been relatively quiet for the group, largely due to personal circumstances among members. Despite these challenges, Stoma Heroes has continued to hold meetings and participate in network gatherings. Technical issues with the website have presented further obstacles, but efforts are underway to reset and revisit our organizational setup, with the goal of re-engaging with new ostomates in the near future.
