**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG STOMA PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO FEEL SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BEING A STOMA PATIENT BY:1. PROVIDING EDUCATION AND INFORMATION TO SUPPORT AND ENABLE STOMA PATIENTS TO MAXIMISE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE. 2. RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ISSUES AFFECTING STOMA PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES, BOTH GENERALLY AND IN RELATION TO FEELING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED.3. PROVIDING WORKSHOPS, FORUMS, ADVOCACY AND GENERAL SUPPORT.4. PROVIDING RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR STOMA PATIENTS AND FAMILIES.

**Activities:** Stoma Heroes offer lifestyle and emotional support, to anyone who has or connected to someone with a Stoma. We do this in a variety of ways on the internet using Twitter, WhatsApp, and Facebook. We also hold locally organized meetings in the Somerset area.
