empathise with them. Red Kite will provide
psychological first aid to them. We will
triage their needs, making onward referrals
to other agencies as appropriate. We will
provide therapy through a variety of means,
whether one-to-one or in groups.
Red Kite will provide counselling (free at
the point of contact) to enable survivors to
learn new coping strategies, to manage
their everyday lives and responsibilities,
and to heal enough to live full, happier lives
in their communities. Clients’ qualitative
improvement will be monitored by standard
questionnaires and recorded for
performance reporting purposes.
Owing to the Sars-CoV-2 virus (Covid 19)
lockdown we have had to revise our pans
in line with government regulations. While
restrictions continue we will therefore
provide a virtual office and online services
