Red Kite will provide<br>psychological first aid to them. We will<br>triage their needs, making onward referrals<br>to other agencies as appropriate. We will<br>provide therapy through a variety of means,<br>whether one-to-one or in groups.<br>Red Kite will provide counselling (free at<br>the point of contact) to enable survivors to<br>learn new coping strategies, to manage<br>their everyday lives and responsibilities,<br>and to heal enough to live full, happier lives<br>in their communities. Clients’ qualitative<br>improvement will be monitored by standard<br>questionnaires and recorded for<br>performance reporting purposes.<br>Owing to the Sars-CoV-2 virus (Covid 19)<br>lockdown we have had to revise our pans<br>in line with government regulations. While<br>restrictions continue we will therefore<br>provide a virtual office and online services<br>during this period.|
