The Trustee takes a long-t¢rm inv¢$tment outlook. The TTU5te¢ appr¢csat¢s the inherent risk of equity investment and potential volatility of the market. A 5i8rtificant fall in the ¢apital value of the Chariry's Portfolio would have a small but acceptable impact on th¢ objectives of the Tn￿t, wh¢r¢as th¢ Trustee would like io see ihe incorne maintained in the short terni and growing in the medium io longer temi in order to maintain the Almshouses to acc¢ptable modern standards.
