Reserves Policy
Firm Foundation Ministries will maintain free reserves equivalent to three months’ unrestricted operating costs to protect core services, cover shortfalls, and ensure an orderly response to unforeseen events. Any drawdown must be approved by the trustees and accompanied by a replenishment plan.

Firm Foundation Ministries exists to advance the Christian faith and provide community support for the public benefit through accessible and low-cost services and support to eligible members of the local community.
Structure, governance and management

Trustees are appointed in accordance with the charity's governing document and are responsible for the strategic direction, governance and financial oversight of the charity.
