## Objectives and activities:

Firm Foundation ministries is committed to enabling as many people to God and to join the church and the community. We as the church trustees have the responsibility to make sure that worship service is well-planned and make suggestions on how we can improve them. Our services put into practice by the word of God, pray, Scriptures and music (worship). When we are planning our church activity’s (programs) we try to enable ordinary people in the community to live out their faith as part of the church mission.

- Learning about the gospel and developing their knowledge and trust in Christ Jesus our Lord.

- Provision of a story of care for people within the church and the community

- Missionary and outreach work

- To facilitate the work, it is important that we maintain the fabric of the Church Firm Foundation Ministries

## Achievements and performance:

## Worship and prayer:

Firm foundation ministries is keen to offer a range of services during the week with our Thursday midnight cry Service and our Sunday services. We also have programs planned to bring both the church and the community to find beneficial and spiritually fulfilling for all individuals. Our Thursday service “midnight cry” is an evening prayer online services conducted on zoom from 11 pm to 12 am that provides a quiet intimate and reflective environment of worship prayer and study of the Scriptures whilst opportunities are provided for people to engage in a more outgoing worship by taking part in church activities and departments.

2019 to 2020 was very hard due to all Pandemic of COVID-19. Because of the National lockdown we were not able to welcome back a lot of our church members and their families or open the church to the community. This was very devastating for all of us knowing that the whole world is going through a crisis. But due to the modern age of technology we were able to still connect with our members via zoom and that has been very successful platform to connect with everyone in this hard times of need.

## Financial review:

2019 to 2020 was taken up by COVID-19 which restricted our meeting and our church had to close down because of lockdown restrictions. We all know that times have been very hard both financially and emotionally for everyone around the world and a lot of our members and community. We know that a lot of people would have loved to dedicate and pledge financial support to the ministry but as times have been hard financially for a lot of our members they were not able to support the ministry the way they usually do.

## Volunteers:

Firm foundation ministries would like to say a big thank you to all our volunteers who work so hard to make our ministry and Community lively and vibrant.
