Para 1.17 and 1.19	In planning our activities for the year we kept in mind the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit at our trustee meetings. The main activities are as follows: Project Trawl Project Organic Project Underdog Project Augury * Project Elixir These activities benefit the environment by providing a cleaner, plastic-free and peaceful marine ecosystem which is ecologically healthy and able to nurture life in all its diversity and also provide a better life for people and their families living under poverty.

Policy on grant making	Para 1.38	ServePlanet’s grant making policy sets out the principles, criteria and processes that govern how the charity make grants across all fund types across its priorities. It complements the Programme Partnership Policy and Ethical Donations Acceptance Policy, which defnes the basis on which ServePlanet accepts donations into funds and draws its synergy from the Compliance Toolkit: Protecting Charities from harm, C h a p t e r 2 : D u e d i l i g e n c e , monitoring and verifying the end use of charitable funds assisting ServePlanet and its Trustees in identifying good practices to carry out its legal duties diligently.
