Although we don't even have a specific induction programme for trustees, members who are interested in holding a trustee positio n are urged to participate in executive committee activities and v olunteer to help with event planning so they are aware of what is expected of a trustee. 

- The president,vice president, treasurer, secretary, joint secretary, and 

- programme coordinator are the six primary officers in the executi ve 

Committee. They manage the charity's operations. 

- There are several subcommittees to manage the fundraising acti vities. 

- Although we are not a member of a wider network, we have friendly relationships with UK community organisations and charities who reflect our objectives. 

We have discovered that maintaining volunteerism among the current members is a major concern. To address this concern, we regularly assess the member's abilities and plan our future activities.

**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

On March 14, 2021, Sahrudaya effectively celebrated International Women's Day. The event gave Sahrudaya's younger people and women a chance to interact in a laid-back and enjoyable ambiance. 

Vishu celebration was another enjoyable day for the members 

International Environment Day was observed by cleaning a nearby park, which was praised by the neighbourhood and featured in news articles. 

In order to gain funds, Sahrudaya participated the community event "Tunbridge Well Mela with south Indian food stand.” Women and children delivered 20-minute cultural performances that received a lot of compliments from the audience. 

The charity's internal literary magazine, **Mayilpeeli,** was releas ed 

with the aim of giving members a platform to contribute their fi ction, Nonfiction poetry, artwork, and photography. 

The publication offers readers the chance to read writings while also fostering the growth of its contributors' literary abilities. 

Another highlight of this year's event was Chenda classes.
