MELROSE PARIS FOUDATION provide help and care that makes a long-lasting difference to children and their parents, by interacting personally at a grass roots level. MELROSE PARIS FOUDATION working with two schools in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Sponsor a child at High School or Primary School, and receive feedback on your child’s progress. The trustees have also been responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charitable company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. Small Company Provisions. This report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions of part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
