On 31 July 2024, Cherwell Gymnastics
Club (the Club) transferred its gymnastics
equipment to Nemo's Gymnastics Club
who will provide the facilities and coaches
to enable the Club's registered gymnasts to
attend gymnastics classes going forward.
The Trustees have agreed to change the
Club's charitable purpose to the
sponsorship andlor funding the
development of aspiring gymnasts and
coaches in the Oxfordshire area.

number CH11050.
Cherwell Gymnastics Club became a registered charity in England and Wales on 18
October 2019 with Charity Reference No: 1185880.

These Unaudited Accounts are prepared on a Receipts & Payments basis.

On 31 July 2024, Cherwell Gymnastics Club transferred its gym equipment to Nemo's
Gymnastics Club who will provide gymnastic facilities and coaches to enable the Club's
registered gymnasts to continue their gymnastic classes going forward.
The Trustees have agreed to change the Club's charitable purpose to the sponsorship

In 2024/25, Cherwell Gymnastics Club has funded the development of the coaches at Nemo
Gymnastics club.
