Inhabitants of the City of Oxford and the
surrounding area, by the provisions of
facilities and coaching for gymnastics.

On 31 July 2024, the Club transferred its
gymnastics equipment to Nemo's
Gymnastics Club who will provide the
facilities and coaches to enable the Club's
registered gymnasts to attend gymnastics
classes going forward.
The Trustees agreed to change the Club's
Charitable purpose and update the
governing documents with effect from 1
September 2024.

Cherwell Gymnastics Club (the "Club")
provided gymnastic facilities (locations and
equipment) and coaches to enable children
to participate in weekly gymnastics classes.
Classes were provided for a wide range of
abilities from recreational to low level
competitive gymnasts, including young
people with disabilities.

Between September 2023 and August
2024, the Club was able to run 33 weeks of
gymnastics classes. During this time
volunteer coaches gave an estimated 40
hours a week of their time.

During the year the Club was able to retum
to a full schedule of classes- providing over
140 gymnasts with regular opportunities for
fitness, friendship and skill learning and
providing 20 volunteer coaches with
mentoring and gaining qualifications.
Feedback from our leaver survey continues
to be good, and all constructive feedback is
acted upon.
The club regularly supports its members to
use classes for GCSE physical education
and for Duke of Edinburgh volunteering.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 31 August 2024.
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
("the Act").
Responsibilitles and
basls of report
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent
examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below ') which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act; or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records. or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.

with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
