**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE CITY OF OXFORD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND COACHING FOR GYMNASTICS (FACILITIES MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES).

**Activities:** Cherwell Gymnastics Club provides gymnastic facilities (locations and equipment) and coaches to enable children to participate in weekly gymnastics classes. Classes are provided for a wide range of abilities from recreational to low level competitive gymnasts, including young people with disabilities.
