Overthe past 12 months we have 8Ctivelyengaged in community outreach initiatives coll8boratingwth local schools. family hubs, health visitingteams to deliver programmes of activities that directly benefit ourlocal community. Highughted beloware some of the activitles we have undertaken 1. Wami Space Duringthe winter period we opened ourdoors to the communityas a warm space. We want everyone to find a place of belonging and reconnection Guests. The Warm Space was an opportunityfor people to make newfriends and connect with their community. Reducing social isolation and ensuringthe communityarewarm and space we offer fuelsupport and gave outwarm packs forpeople to keep wami in their own home 2. Christmas HampersAChildren's Christmas Presents This yearthrough fundraisingand support from business and donations we have been able to provide 120food hampers for households in ourcommunitywho have been affected bythe cost-of-liwng crisis. We also were able togift 400 children 5 Christmas presents each. These children had been at riskof not receivinga gift this Christmas 3. Summer Funday OurAnnu81 summer Funday brings togetherthe whole community through a dayof fun and games and community organisations corningtogether. We offerfood and stalls to support fundraising efforts and raise awareness aboutthe positive impact of Hope Community Projects in our community.

The Community Mile is an innovative to supportvulnerable communities to make a positive difference to people's lives. workingto bring communities together, encouraging more open conversations and improving overallwellbeing. all by doing heirmile, Theirway., For manyofthese groups, forvarious reasons, they don't feel able to, or readyto partlcipate in anyphysical activity. The Community Mile helps to break down Ihese barriers, providingthat importantfirst step and offeringa nurturing, supportive and safe environment to help them get started on their physicaL8cIivity journey.
- Hope Community Me813 We distribute dinner kit boxes to over 2 schools and a day nurserywithin our local 8rea So that any memberof staff at these places can give a box to any child. whenever they seethe need. We trustthe amazingteachers, TA'S. pastoralteams. children's workers and receptionists to give away Mealsto children who are in need. The meals boxes contain everything fora family to cook a mealthat evening. we aim to make life a little bit betterfor children affected by povertywhile atthe same time building a different future where the lives of children are not defined by poverty in the first place.
