Achievements and Perfomiance The club is in its 17th season. and duftng the 2022/23 season Tattenhoe FC have had a toial of approx Sg) iunior members in 38 teams, ottering fooiWI activities to all in the community. The club aLso had 2 Veierans tsams and l Ladles team. P•rt 120 The club continues to evofve, the men's teams moved 10 another loc￿ club thai was aimed more at male adult football. A new ladls team was stsrted to ￿10￿ a natural progres&on from the U18 girls team. Th8 club president conunues to lead by example and njn a s￿U￿daY fun session called mini. kickers atmed ai 4- 6 years olds which is totally inclusive regardless ol ability. Most ol these children have never kicked a football ai all. the session is wmed at meeting new lriends keeping til and above all else having lun. We are delighied io say thai dl objectives tor d8velopment in last ye8trs report were met. The club now has 4 dedicated girf's teams as well as thè thriving wldcats sessons 2 new U7 teams staned for the 2021122 season, and w8 are on target for another 2 teams. next

Social Events The club held some very successful events such as the Christmas party where approximately 60 younger children attended. They ￿$0 held a H￿lOween party- It was great to see Ihe younger ages all having fun. The club atso h05ted a very successful end of season presentation day in June. every Ghild received a trophy, ther were special awards as well as fun activities and a BBQ Due io the devasting news that ihe media oflicer passèd away suddenly aged only 24, thè club held an amazing female ioumameni in her name The Lucy Toumamenf was a great Jccess with girts tsams from ￿1 over the county attending. Future Objectives The i)bjeciives for the 202V23 Season are Iwd oui as below Mainiwn panicipaiion levels in all age groups Due io the large number of females now ai the club a new head of female football wll be developed. Appoint and train a new CWO. Create 2 new U7 teams from the Mini.kick8r sessions Look into additional match pl￿heS due io the continues groth. Invwigate season 23124 new match and training kit We have had notice thai the Chairman will be stepping down ar the end ol ihe 22123 season, so the new Chairman procv3s wll begin. Mall Aris has decidecl 10 Step down as a trustee. a minimum 012 new tyustees will need to be appoinied to the charity.
