Love Life International Annual Report For The Year Ended 31 October 2025
This is the report for Love Life International CIO for the year 2024-2025. This year we were able to work with other organisations in providing hospitality, counselling and feeding the homeless. We managed to build relationships that help and try to meet the need of the people in our communities, especially the elderly and the young people.
Working with other organisation has made it easier to meet the needs of our communities, including those who were bereaved, bringing them comfort and support during these difficult times. Using the space from other organisations has been a very big beneficiary to the organisation’s activities being managed well and consistence.
Visits have been very effective and profitable to those who are in Residential homes and in their own homes bringing to them encouragement and hope not to lose their faith for their well-being. The communities and people who used to attend church have also been supported by being visited whilst in the hospital and when back to their homes.
The homeless and those in the communities which are predominately are near where the church is located benefit a lot from the feeding programs run at the church and provision of safe space to those struggling with different challenges in the stages of their life and pointed where they can get help and support.
Internationally the organisation is still planning and organising strategic and effective plans that best work with the laws in the UK and other nations. This is to make sure there is safeguarding the organisational projects and continuity running smoothly.
Trainings have been profitable form the Charity Commission making the organisation rethink of new ways of doing things differently, and to be more effect. This will take a long time it but effective in the long run.
The charity has been delivering help and support to other organisations in terms of preaching, teaching and pastoral support. As a small growing organisation, we continue to endeavour to help and support our communities home and away with love and care for religious advancement.

Report to the director on the preparation of the unaudited statutory accounts of Love Life International for the year ended 31 October 2025
To assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, I have prepared for your approval the accounts of Love Life International which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes, from the company’s accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.
As a practising member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at http://www.accaglobal.com/en/member/professional-standards/rulesstandards/acca-rulebook.html.
This report is made to the director of Love Life International , as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated . Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of Love Life International and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the director of Love Life International , as a body, in this report in accordance with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as detailed at

For the year ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
