2024 Trustee Statement

To our valued stakeholders, supporters and partners,

Commitment and Focus

We remain steadfast in our commitment to our cause and mission. However, due to work, life, and private commitments, our focus in 2024 shifted from direct fundraising events to creating greater awareness and engagement through social media and community activities. During this period, we concentrated our support on Centrepoint, ensuring our contributions made a tangible difference to young people in need across London. Our fundraising and awareness efforts were primarily channelled through JustGiving and social media platforms, maintaining our charitable impact even with limited capacity.

Challenges and Awareness

Organising and building up activities continues to be one of our biggest challenges as a small charity. Therefore, our primary focus in 2024 was on promoting awareness of the incredible work being done by Centrepoint, a charity dedicated to helping young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Centrepoint provides accommodation, education, and employment opportunities to empower young people to rebuild their lives. Through our advocacy and online presence, we proudly amplified their mission and encouraged our supporters to engage and contribute directly.

Looking Ahead

As we look to 2025, we will continue to uphold our belief in creating a better London — one that is inclusive, fair, and full of opportunity. Our efforts will remain focused on four key areas:

In 2025, our primary fundraising focus will be on Steel Warriors, a UK charity that melts down knives taken off the streets and recycles the steel to build outdoor street gyms. These gyms are free to use and provide young people with positive, strength-building spaces that promote physical and mental wellbeing while tackling the root causes of youth violence. We are excited to support their inspiring work and align our values with their mission to transform fear and violence into community and empowerment.

Looking forward, we aim to re-energise our fundraising through an enhanced social media presence, digital campaigns, and volunteer-led initiatives. These actions will help us build a sustainable foundation for future growth and continue our collective mission of building a London where opportunity is within reach for everyone.

To our supporters, thank you for your continued belief in our mission. Together, we will keep driving progress toward a fairer, more inclusive, and compassionate London.

Thank you for standing with us.
