Ball In Sep 2023. Enough profit wa5 made
to conslder staging both a Village Ftte
and a Charity Ball for villag•r5 in 2024.
The Ball brought all members of the local
eommunity together to raise much
needed funds for OLbr nominta•d
charitie5' Parkinson's UK, the
Buntingford Food Bank and AVF
prol¥cts. Members of the community
enjoyed an opportunity to relax and
socialise after a period of 'national lock-
down, due to COVID.

The AVF financial position is healthy and
was boosted by the resurrection of
charity Ball planning and deposit tsking
in March 2023. The staging of a
successful Ball in Sep 23 has boosted
funds suffieienlly lo enable AVF to
consider staging 2 charity fund raising
and communi
events for 2024.
Reserves are held in order to provide
funds toward the future hire and staging
costs of equipment and fa¢ilities to hold
either an Adpenden Fundraising Ball or
Summer Fete.
