|Summary ofthe main
achievements
ofthe charity
during the year|||||The year ending 31"December 2023was a difiicult year for many due to
the cost of living crisis. This affected the Foundation
in that itsaw a
decrease
in revenue generated
from fund raising activities compared
to
the previous year. The foundation
received 15applications
for grants
in||
||||||total in 2023, again fewer than the previous year.||
||||||Despite the challenging
financial climate, the Foundation
was able to||
||||||benefit from several fundraising
events and activities and some very||
||||||generous
donations
and managed
to raise E4,343 during the year.||
||||||The foundation
retained f2,525.30ofunrestricted
funds at the end of||
||||||2023 which
will be used to continue our work into 2024 and beyond.||
||||||We believe that young people's
lives and physical and mental wellbeing||
||||||have been enhanced
by the work ofthe Foundation
during 2023and|look|
||||||forward
to continuing
to try to make a difference
in 2024.||
