Trustees' responsibilities statement

The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees' Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).

The law applicable to charities in England & Wales requires the Trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources of the charity for that year.

Activities for achieving objectives and furthering the charity’s purposes for the public benefit

Southside Org has not yet commenced to operate any activities, as the Coronavirus Pandemic has had a major impact on the C.I.O.

Southside Org has been active only in planning its future work and seeking funding for it, all of which has been done by its trustees on a voluntary basis, without either remuneration or reimbursement of expenses.

In the period to the 31st October 2021, no third-party funding was received and there has been no financial activity during the year.

There are therefore no financial accounts during this period. It is, however, expected that financial activity will take place in 2021-22.

Financial review
